For the second consecutive year, Endemol Shine Boomdog, a Banijay Americas company, has been certified and ranked by Great Place To Work® as one of the best companies to work for in Mexico in 2024. The largest entertainment production company in Mexico and the U.S. Hispanic was placed among the top 20 companies, ranking number 16 in the category of multinational companies with 50 to 500 employees. This represents a big step up from the previous year, when it ranked 34th in the same category. The company prioritizes respect, employee well-being and a positive work environment. This is the second year that Endemol Shine Boomdog participates in the Great Place To Work® certification and classification program, which consists of a comprehensive evaluation, based on employee surveys and a questionnaire on the profile of the organization and its initiatives. in terms of leadership, human potential, values and innovation.
