Bassetti (pictured right) has confirmed that each appointee reports to him, in an internal note seen by Realscreen.

Lucas Green and James Townley remain as chief content officers for operations and development, respectively. The pair were promoted to those positions in May 2023.

Other members of the senior team are Fred Balmary continuing to serve as Banijay’s chief business officer, Nicolas Chazarain as chief legal officer, Thomas Gousset as chief finance officer, Kate Humphreys as chief communications officer and Anne Van Sprang as chief human resources officer.

Jane Turton was previously appointed deputy CEO with Jeff Zucker (pictured left) as chairman prior to the close of the merger. Earlier this month, Banijay revealed the leadership behind its rejigged distribution business, topped by CEO Cathy Payne. Turton, Balmary, Chazarain, Gousset, Van Sprang and Payne also join Bassetti on the executive team.

“Since their appointments, this group has made a significant contribution to the business, with many playing an integral role in delivering the merger and advancing the current integration,” said Bassetti in the note. “We will formally introduce the team across the business as the integration progresses.”
