March 21, 2022

In yet another partnership, Endemol Shine Brasil, part of Banijay – the world’s largest independent content conglomerate – and SUBA, a content agency specializing in influence, now manage the 20 drag queens that disputed a space in the final of the reality show “Queen Stars Brasil”, from HBOMax. The program promoted challenges among the contestants to test their skills in dancing, singing and performing.

“They are extraordinary, true artists, with enormous talent. They bring the program to life. And now, together with SUBA, we want to bring that power to brands. I believe that we will have many business opportunities with this portfolio of talents, from different parts of Brazil, representing the national drag culture in an unprecedented way in the country”, says Fernanda Abreu, Head of Licensing at Endemol Shine Brasil.

In eight episodes, the audience will immerse themselves in the universe and personality of each of the participants and vibrate with the challenges they will have to face. Throughout the themed episodes, the participants who stand out the least will be eliminated – turning into glitter – after collective and individual presentations. In the grand finale, three contestants will be crowned the queens of pop.

“We have great expertise in building and expanding personal brands, which will be fundamental to leverage the visibility and positioning of many of the talents that will only be known to the general public after the program. Our care for these 20 talented personalities goes far beyond the mere prospecting of commercial opportunities, as we can offer all the necessary support for them to create or amplify their persona/personal brand on social networks and other fronts/channels of expression”, explains Fabiana Bruno, founder and CEO of SUBA.

HBO Max’s original reality show, produced by Endemol Shine Brasil, premieres March 24 on the streaming platform and features singers Pabllo Vittar and Luísa Sonza in charge of a musical competition, which promises to launch the most new pop group in the country.
